Youth Conditioning:

YOUTH CONDITIONING classes offer a fun, non-competitive opportunity to build your child's fitness skills and confidence. Research shows that regular physical activity stimulates brain function, and elevates scholastic performance (ACSM Health and Fitness Journal May/June  2017). Positive fitness experiences at a young age will help kids build healthy habits for life!

Classes include relays, games, strength exercises, fun incentives, nutrition education, and more.

 

Currently meeting Mondays 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Purchase a punch card good for 10 sessions of fitness - come any day it fits your schedule/no expiration date
