Nutrition Accountability:

Fitness and good nutrition habits go hand in hand. Emmett Fitness offers guidance as you work to establish healthy eating habits, and provides you with the support that you need to stay on track to reach your nutrition goals. Learn to manage your macros, the importance of eliminating certain ingredients from your diet, and how to shop and prepare meals that will fuel your body for your daily living. These sessions are scheduled individually, based on your needs and goals.
