Sports conditioning: 

SPORTS CONDITIONING sessions are offered to boys and girls in middle school through high school. A typical workout includes dynamic warmups, plyometric work, speed and agility games and drills, total body strength stations, stability, and injury prevention exercises, muscle recovery, and stretching.

The goal is to make every movement matter, with instruction that emphasizes form and technique. Each session is designed to enhance your child’s sports performance while having fun!  

​
