Adult fitness:

Every workout is designed to target all major muscle groups, and includes cardio sets, agility games, strength building exercises, flexibility and mobility work, and balance and core training. We use mostly body weight, but also resistance bands, medicine balls, free weights, TRX system, BOSU and stability balls, ladders, and more. Any exercise can be modified to increase or decrease intensity for any fitness level.
